We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring over some beautiful Podencos that have been overlooked in kennels in Spain or have needed a helping hand in foster before being ready for their forever home.
Bringing dogs to foster can give nervous dogs an opportunity to adjust to home life and blossom with some one to one time with us humans. It can also help adopters see dogs thriving in a home after long periods of seeing them in kennels.
Its unusual for us to have so many pods looking for their forever home in the UK, but we are always open to trying new things to get these dogs seen. We do understand that for some adopters, the opportunity to be able to meet a dog first can be a game changer in the adoption process.

As a breed specialist we do also step in from time to time to support other rescues with rehomes for their podencos.
