MORE INFORMATION ON SCOOBY
Scooby was found alone and very skinny in Southern Spain. A local family took him in and got him all the correct medical care but were hiding him from their landlord so he didn’t get out and about much. It soon became apparent it wasn’t a long term solution so he made his way to one of our partners who has a foster type set up. It means Scooby continues to live in a home environment which is what he was used to when he was with the family.
He can be a little bit skittish like many pods but once he settled down he’s a cuddle bug and very human focused. Although he equally loves to play with other dogs! He was living with children aged five and seven and did really well, so we think he’d make an excellent candidate for a family dog. He is house trained (although this can always take a small step back after a move) and is good on the lead, although can get a little excitable at the sight of other dogs when out and about. He’s a cheerful boy who likes a fuss and would ideally prefer someone who is around for most of the time, although previously he was used to being home alone. He could live as an only dog or very happily with other dogs. He has very few other requirements and could happily slot into life in many different homes!
Scooby is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for all Mediterranean diseases He is passported and available for adoption now.
