MORE INFORMATION ON MAGGIE
Maggie is just the sweetest little girl! She was bought into the shelter as part of a family of podencos that the hunter no longer wanted. She came in with her sweet puppy, who has since been adopted but she was the most wonderful mum.
She has spent most of the time in the shelter, but has since moved to a foster home for the winter as she is so small and it can get very cold. Maggie is a great allrounder - a lovely calm confidence about her around people. She is good with children, other dogs and also cats but would happily also live as an only dog alongside her humans. She walks really well on the lead and isn’t phased by people, cars, other dogs - as a result we think she could live as happily in a city as she could in the countryside. She is just a lovely relaxed dog who takes everything in her stride. Cheerful, calm and really enjoys everything that life has to offer. She absolutely LOVES to sunbathe so we’d love a home with a garden or a sunny window spot that she could enjoy. She enjoys sitting next to you on the sofa but isn’t overly clingy. She really is the perfect little companion!
Maggie is neutered and vaccinated and has tested negative for all Mediterranean diseases She is passported and available for adoption now.
