MORE INFORMATION ON BAMBI
Bambi was found wandering the countryside alone, unsure where to go or who to trust. Thankfully he was rescued and is now thriving in the care of our wonderful super foster in Spain. With patience, routine and kindness, this sweet boy is blossoming more every day. He recently even met a group of young students - he wasn’t too sure about sitting on their laps, but he handled the whole experience with gentle curiosity and no stress.
Like many Podencos, Bambi can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but it doesn’t take long before he wants to be right by your side. At home he’s a quiet, easy companion, happy to settle. Outside in the garden he can be a bit barky when he spots cats (although within the home he has been fine with the resident cats). He gets on well with other dogs and is confident on walks. Bambi is adaptable and would suit many different types of families/households.
Bambi will be neutered, is vaccinated and tested negative for Mediterranean diseases. He is passported and available for adoption now..
