Chico was rescued and freed from his hunter in Badajoz, he does have a high prey drive and was a successful hunting dog.

Before finding a home Chico was loved by everyone at the centre and was a happy, confident boy who loved a fuss, He happily played with all dogs in the kennels and loved attention from humans.

After being adopted 10 months ago Chico has unfortunately recently returned to us. He found living on a working ranch to be too busy/unpredictable. He is currently living in a foster home in Spain alongside many dogs and cats. Whilst the foster home is busy, he has adapted well to a more consistent routine and has taken comfort from being around other dogs. He is not playful with the other dogs but enjoys being in their presence. He is affectionate, obedient and walks well on the lead. He sleeps through the night in a crate without complaint. Chico is ready to find his new family.

We think Chico would like to live in a family with at least another steady dog, he would also like a garden to potter around. A home in the city would not suit Chico.

Chico ist kastriert, geimpft und negativ auf alle Mittelmeerkrankheiten getestet. Er hat einen Reisepass und steht ab sofort zur Adoption bereit.
