Curro was rescued by the wonderful GDS as one of 28 galgos and podencos taken from an overcrowded perera located several hours from their centre. Bringing in 28 hounds of varying sizes, ages and health conditions at one time was quite a feat but the dogs settled in quickly. He has come out of his shell now and a real charmer!
Curro could live with older children that can understand when he would like some quiet time to himself. We can cat test if required.
Curro is great with other dogs but could also live on his own. Curro is a strong boy and will need ongoing work for things like lead walking as he can be a little bit pully at times. He’s a really bright, switched on boy so would love a family that can be active with him and would excel at being given a job to do! He is very very eager to please.
Curro is castrated, vaccinated, and tests are clear for all Mediterranean diseases. He is passported and available for adoption now.
